Cool and clean hotel; the rooms are spotless and huge.

I had exceptional stay, the place is well-maintained!

Impeccably clean, amazing value hotel, the location was highly convenient and decent next to tourist areas, the promenade of restaurants, clubs and bars, and the center of the famous square of Monte Carlo. Very professional staff gave advice on things to do. The room I was given was a nice size with sofa bed in situ and bathroom, as for instance.

Our room was immaculately clean and huge with good lighting, and we appreciated having access to wake-up service👍👍🙂

Good hotel in good location only a 5min walk to the casino area. Nice and clean and very modern and the staff very friendly and catered to every need!

Overnight parking was a little too expensive but I suppose all of Monte Carlo is expensive!

We arrived soaking wet after riding through 30 miles of heavy rain so we were probably not their usual clientele! The receptionist could not have been more helpful, and very sympathetic. Check in was quick and efficient and directions to the underground carpark clear. The hotel is above our normal price range but it is Monte Carlo! Room excellent and view from the balcony would have been better without pouring rain and low cloud! Overall a very enjoyable experience, a good room and reasonably priced excellent meal in their restaurant.

Beautifuly designed very good business hotel, splendid views of the marina. Excellent and unbeatable location, 15 minutes' walk to Grimaldi Forum. Great weekend in this particularly good area.

I was really happy I tried this hotel and would certainly consider other Novotel establishments as a result. Whoever has designed the rooms and the furnishings has a great deal of experience of what customer may need to have to be comfortable and has applied a good quality as well to the finishes. Breakfast was good, staff excellent and I will not hesitate in going back to this hotel. I normally stay in other hotels in Monaco but will stick with Novotel in future.

Very good hotel nice location good parking

I liked that the hotel was just 5 minutes walk from the casino area and easily accessible. The terrace and our 10th floor room gave a fantastic view over the principality including "the Rock". The breakfast buffet was fantastic and offered a great variety of breakfasts, which suited all tastes.The staff were very accommodating and quickly arrived with extra towels and pillows and to assist with unfolding the sofa bed, which took a little bit of practice!

Great hotel with very confortable rooms and nice amenities. The bar and the restaurant are very nice too.

Don not use the hotel parking after 19:00. It is too expensive. Use the regular one. Very small room. Not an easy walk back to the hotel from the centre, you need to climb approxtimately 2 km.

Good location, staff very helpful, very clean & fresh.

Only 2 very large pillows in double bed ended up using cushion from sofa as pillow was uncomfortable. Bar staff were confused with happy hour more like happy lottery!

Friendly staff, nice modern design, tea and coffee facilities in the room, constant temperature, parking under hotel, convenient position.

Bathroom. The toilet is separated from the bathroom, you have to get out and walk few meters through the room to exit toilet and wash your hands in the bathroom. Breakfast not included, need to pay for parking.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the casino and only 5 minutes from the train station. The continental breakfast was exactly what we expected, and the in-hotel restaurant had reasonable prices for monaco. We really enjoyed the seasonal outdoor pool and fitness room.
